Seahorse XF base medium, without phenol red, 500 mL. This is a DMEM-based medium and does not contain phenol red, bicarbonate, glucose, pyruvate, or glutamine. This medium is validated for use with the Seahorse glycolytic rate assay when used together with HEPES. It is also compatible with other Seahorse XF assays.
