Agilent, GKSP-520, AdvanceBio APTS Biantennary and high Mannose partitioned library (formerly ProZyme)

AdvanceBio APTS Biantennary and high Mannose partitioned library (formerly ProZyme). Library consists of 3 blended libraries of N-linked glycans (fucosyl biantennary, afucosyl biantennary, high mannose) whose reducing termini are derivatized with the fluorescent dye, APTS (8-aminopyrene-1,3,6-trisulfonate) for separation by capillary electrophoresis (CE). The libraries were partitioned to minimize overlap of peaks to facilitate glycan peak identification.
